What every paid plan includes

Plans are built for monitoring tracked websites. Included API requests are granted to your API credit balance every billing month, and unused credits roll over until you use them. The free trial is activated from Billing after signup, requires Stripe card verification, and takes no immediate charge when you start it. Pricing is intentionally separated from live-refresh usage so app-driven intelligence only consumes credits when you explicitly request fresh data.

The current default free trial runs on the Lite plan for 7 days once billing verification completes.

Loyalty pricing is also available on recurring subscriptions. Under the current programme, the discount starts after 1 successful renewal, then increases by 1% per successful renewal until it reaches the current cap of 5%.

Refunds and legal

Refunds may be granted if you are unhappy with the service and cancel within 14 days. Refund requests made after 14 days can still be reviewed, but they may not always be granted.
